  • Dan Holden

    Dan Holden is our President. He lived in Tri-Park as a teenager and looks back on his time here fondly. Dan moved back into Tri-Park in 2021 and decided to join the board in December of 2023. Dan hopes to make things better for Tri-Park residents in the long run and really look at the big picture.

  • Tom May

    Tom May is our Vice President. He moved into Tri-Park in 1971 but moved out in 1985 to join the Air Force. Tom moved back into Tri-Park in 2022. He joined the board in July 2024 because he loved growing up here and wants to help the community by supporting the folks that keep Tri-Park a great, affordable place to live.

  • Liz Roberts

    Liz Roberts is our Secretary. She joined the board in June of 2023 and has lived in Tri-Park for since Spring of 2021 on top of the many years spent here in her childhood. Liz joined the board to learn more about and get involved with the Tri-Park Cooperative. Community means a lot to her and this seemed like an amazing opportunity.

  • Mike Mackin

    Mike Mackin is our Black Mountain Representative. He has been on the board since August 2023 and has lived in Tri-Park for over 30 years! Mike joined the board to help out with his Tri-Park community.

  • Terri VanDemark

    Terri VanDemark is our Glen Park Representative. She moved into Tri-Park in May of 2024 and joined the board shortly after in August of 2024. Terri joined the board because she thought she could be a fresh set of eyes and bring new ideas in.

  • Darlene Perkins

    Darlene Perkins is one of our Mountain Home Representatives. She has been on the board previously but rejoined in Spring of 2023 and has lived in Tri-Park for close to 20 years! Darlene joined the board to learn more about the Tri-Park community and she hopes to offer suggestions that are helpful to everyone.

  • Kathy Ellor

    Kathy Ellor is one of our Mountain Home Representatives. She joined the board in October of 2023 and has lived in Tri-Park since September 2021. Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge to our board and wants to support residents with any issues that arise.

  • Michael Sorensen

    Michael Sorensen is one of our Mountain Home Representatives. He has been on the board since Spring 2020 and has lived in Tri-Park since March 2020. Michael joined the board to get involved with his community and do his civic duty.

  • Mary Houghton

    Mary Houghton is one of our three community members. She has served on the board since 2017. Mary was asked by the town to assist with the master plan implementation here in Tri-Park due to her 30 years of experience with affordable housing in Vermont.

  • Emilie Kornheiser

    Emilie Kornheiser is one of three Community Representatives. She joined the board in July of 2024 because when she has spent time here she’s grateful for the shared opportunities of residential ownership, community collaboration, and housing that folks in our community can afford. Emilie wants to do everything she can to support the Tri-Park community.
